Meditation Life Coaching Sessions
What is Meditation Coaching ?
Meditation Coaching is a Coach, a Mentor, an Activator that will help align, clear, or transform a particular area in your life that is showing up as a challenge, so you can achieve your goal more quicker than going about it alone.
My Meditation techniques and tools also helps reveal the old beliefs and patterns in your blind spot that are keeping you stuck and replace them with new beliefs, techniques and ways of BEING to help you become the BEST Version of you. It is deep work.
How long do our sessions last?
The sessions are 55 minutes and can be done online by zoom, google meet or Facetime. We assess your situation beforehand on a phone call and then I adapt our sessions according to your needs.
Where are sessions held?
The private sessions are held online via Zoom or FaceTime. The corporate sessions are held at your company’s location or can be held online.
Do you accept credit cards?
All Credit cards are accepted. Direct e-transfers or paypal as well.
How long before any progress?
With any health and wellness program, the progress will vary depending on various factors as daily practice and the issue at hand. Generally, you will feel immediate results but it is with an ongoing practice that the results can be achieved over a longer period of time.

Can I improve my work ethic with your coaching?
In the initial session, we work towards a specific goal or goals. If improving your work ethic is one of your goals, then the coaching program is tailored to that goal and ultimately, it will improve. We can work on other areas as well as Sex Life, Mental Well Being and Focus. This gets assessed on our phone call together.
Zen Experience Group Meditation Sessions
What is Zen Experience Group Meditation ?
The Zen Experience Group Meditation is a musical evening of chanting and meditation where we go within, relax, breathe, and chant mantras in a call and response experience. It’s an ancient Indian practice called Kirtan.
Kirtan is an ancient and sacred genre of world music derived from India’s devotional practices.This distinctive mix of music and chant can inspire, reconnect mind, body, and spirit; and lead to a state of deep meditation and relaxation. It has become known as the ‘yoga of sound’ and heralded as the ‘new meditation’ for its effectiveness in relieving stress and emptying the mind of worry.
I can't sing. Do we need to use our voices in our sessions?
Although chanting is known to be very beneficial to help calm the mental chatter on a more deeper level, it is not obligatory to do so in our sessions. You can still reap the benefits by just listening to the mantras and the music and use your voice when you feel comfortable. Group Coaching sessions entail no musical content, it strictly coaching and meditation.
What do I wear in our sessions?
The sessions are casual and comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. Tights, loose fitted pants and shirts is ideal.
Do we sit on the floor or can we sit on chairs?
You have the option of both. There are always chairs at our sessions. Most people prefer sitting on their yoga mat, pillow or cushion. We often lie down on the mat or floor afterwards.
How long are the group sessions?
The group sessions are over an hour long, usually 75-90 minutes long. It will vary with every group. Corporate group sessions are 55 minutes long.
