Ever hear of Mantras?
Let me tell you they are powerful. Mantras are not just another form of “yoga music or meditation” but rather a music meditation that can literally bring transformation into your life.
The meaning of Mantra is: man (mind) and tra (calm or soothe).
If we could just conquer our own minds, I believe anything is possible.
Have you ever noticed that you perform better when your mind is clear and relaxed?
10 minutes of mantra meditation
If you could put aside 10 minutes a day for a mantra meditation, you will notice a big difference in your mindset but the trick is YOU MUST DO IT FOR 40 DAYS CONSECUTIVELY! NO SKIPPING DAYS…. OR YOU MUST START OVER AGAIN.
Let me tell you this is challenging.
There is always a reason not to do it… like get up early, or being too tired. But there are many other reasons to stick to a meditation, like clearing and/or focusing the mind, achieve happiness, attract abundance, or attract love to your life.
It takes 30 days to create habit , so let’s do it for 40 to create a pattern.
It’s called programming the sub-conscious mind.
So, are you ready for this? It’s not easy…I know
Music Meditation is not for everyone.
It takes a little discipline, there is no easy way out. You must become focused daily in your routine.
Choose a Mantra that resonates with you and stick to it.
Every day same time, repeat or chant your mantra and visualize your future the way you want it to be while repeating the mantra. Remember if you forget 1 day, you need to start all over again so be consistent.
You may soon discover there are challenges ahead, it is vital for you to stick to it, for those are your challenges that need to be overcome.
